Travelers Insurance recently announced its prestigious annual awards, honoring a select group of independent agents who have demonstrated exceptional client service, business growth, and community leadership.
The official announcement from Travelers highlights exactly what makes our president’s leadership so impactful:
“Jackson Rollo of Rollo Insurance was recently named one of Travelers’ Agents of the Year for personal insurance. As a third-generation insurance professional, Jackson brings a strong, competitive mindset to his role as President of Rollo Insurance. He began his career in insurance while still in college and quickly advanced within the agency, earning recognition as Top Producer in 2019, before serving as Director of Sales and ultimately being named President.
Jackson graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2020 and completed his CIC designation in 2022, reflecting his continued commitment to professional development. Under Jackson’s leadership, Rollo Insurance has experienced significant growth. Since 2021, the agency has increased its policy count by 71% and has completed 10 strategic acquisitions in the last 24 months, expanding to 65 local offices across its market area. Over the past year, the agency achieved 4.2% written premium growth, reaching $40 million in total written premium, while maintaining a 74.9% retention rate.
Rollo Insurance is focused on strengthening its digital capabilities to enhance both client and employee experiences. The agency maintains a strong social media presence, offers a client portal fully integrated with its management system, and utilizes a consistent onboarding process designed to ensure seamless interactions. Across all digital initiatives, the focus remains on delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Beyond his agency’s performance, Jackson is deeply committed to community engagement through the Rollo Volunteers program which partners with more than 30 local organizations. He also represents the independent agent community as a member of the Travelers Personal Insurance National Producer Council and remains personally involved at the local level, volunteering at area schools, the Heart of Texas Bible Camp, and through Texas A&M University. If he weren’t in insurance, Jackson would likely pursue a career as an attorney. This is Jackson’s first time being recognized as a Travelers Agent of the Year honoree.”
